Took a speed boat through the Puttalam Lagoon into the Dutch Bay. In deeper waters at this point, looking out for sand banks and starring towards Kalpitiya. An amazing experience during an excursion to the Wilpattu National Park. We drove up on the West Coast via Puttalam. Nine arrested with 2.9kgs of gold at the BIA

Nine Sri Lankan passengers who arrived from Singapore and Dubai, have been arrested by Customs Officials at the Bandaranaike International Airport, while attempting to smuggle in Semi Finished Gold Jewellery Items and Gold Biscuits weighing over 2.9kgs, valued at over Rs. 16,300,000.
