May I rant very quickly? Okay, the whole "kids on leashes" thing. Do you people not understand how easy some kids get away? Like example, autistic kid I sit for. He likes to randomly shoot off and run away. Put him in a child harness or what have you and he's not running off and getting hit by a train. Another, my grandparents are raising a 3 year old with ADHD tendencies, and they're both in their 80s. Child harness=kid doesn't run off. They don't break a hip. Had a friend who broke her leg and had a two year old to chase--do you think she could've chased a two year old on a bum leg? Stop giving child harnesses a bad rap-there's a sound reason for them.
