the excitement the whole day at school. planning it during lunch and recess. our carers helping us get our clothes, stuffies, and sleeping bags packed when we get home. staying up late watching movies and eating popcorn and waayyy too much candy (since there are no grown-ups to stop us). taking turns beating each other at mario kart. painting together with a studio ghibli movie on in the background. prank calling our carers late at night thinking we're being soooo sneaky. trying to cook dinner, but eventually giving up and calling our carers to order us pizza. secretly being happy when our carers come to pick us up in the morning because we missed them so much.
