This steak sandwich is a mouthwatering combination of tender beef steak, creamy coleslaw, and zesty tomato chili relish, all served in a grilled burger bun. It's a flavor explosion that's perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients: 4 beef steak slices e.g., ribeye or sirloin. 4 burger buns. 1 cup coleslaw mix cabbage and carrots. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 red chili pepper, finely chopped. Salt and pepper to taste. Olive oil for grilling.
Instructions: Warm up your grill or grill pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. Put the chopped chili pepper, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. This is how you make tomato chili relish. Put away. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and coleslaw mix to another bowl. Mix these together to make the coleslaw. Put away. On both sides, season the beef steak slices with salt and pepper. Apply some olive oil to each burger bun and place them on the grill. Cook for one to two minutes on each side, or until they are golden and have grill marks. Put away. Season the steak slices and put them on a hot grill. Cook for three to four minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you want them more done. Put the sandwiches together while the steaks are cooking. On the bottom half of each bun, spread a lot of the coleslaw mixture. On each bun, put a slice of grilled steak on top of the coleslaw. Spread the tomato chili relish on top of the steak slices. Put the other half of the bun on top of each sandwich. Right away, serve your steak sandwiches with tomato chili relish and coleslaw. Have a tasty steak sandwich with coleslaw and tomato chili relish.
