Grilled pork chops with a spicy balsamic glaze Your new favorite food is going to be grilled peaches. On top of the salty pork chops, the sweet and spicy grilled peaches go great together. This dish is a wonderful mix of flavors!
Ingredients: 4 pork chops. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 4 peaches, halved and pitted. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, and brush them with olive oil. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, chili powder, and cayenne pepper to create the marinade. Place peach halves in a dish and brush them with the balsamic marinade. Grill the pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side or until fully cooked, basting with the marinade during grilling. Grill the peaches for 2-3 minutes per side or until they have grill marks and are slightly softened.
