Final day at Chilli this year. The Christmas party. Chilli Studios has added lots to my life this year in terms of people and creative activity for mental health. Next year there will be more. Chilli does all of us there a lot of good. We're fortunate to have such a place. In that place we are most definitely people rather than diagnoses. So tired though. This was meant to be a quiet day for my head rather than being out all day. Out again very soon. But tomorrow I CAN rest. It's been a couple of weeks of pushing myself too hard. Women and mental health. The post-workshop mess. It was great. Today we covered some timelines related to local people and organisations, national movements, and the history of hysteria.
