Summer photoshoot with Carlo 🌸
Got this cute dragon boy BJD at ACEN. It's a blind box bjd set, I got the last one the vendors had so I got the display box too haha
I'm 100% gonna redo his faceup, wanna make him look more dragon-y. Maybe change his eyes too while I'm at it.

AFI’s Girl’s Not Grey custom
oh so i absolutely lied btw.. even though i did preorder other blind box bjds, the curiosity and excitement was eating me up inside so i went ahead and bought one that was in stock. this one is puppy themed but the pink/black/gray & morute vibes of this baby basically forced her into my cart!
i DID do an unboxing video but in general i find her super adorable. she does need a stand because she fell almost immediately after this photo was taken BUT i can hunt one down for her no biggie :')
anyway video coming soon, i hope there are still doll blogs active around these parts...
How adorable is she...!?? (Asai Murphy) The Weibo (Chinese Twitter) says that she’s preparing full dolls for sale soon. I may cave....
As an aside, I’m not too keen on the common terminology “artist sculpt” or “artist doll”, simply because dolls from the larger or more established companies are sculpted by artists, too! The Chinese use the term “自制”, which literally means “self made”, and I usually translate as “independently sculpted”.
