Ingredients: 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced. 200g mushrooms, sliced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. 1/2 cup beef broth. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Green onions for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Add beef slices and marinate for 20 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, saut until fragrant. Add marinated beef slices, and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add sliced onions and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender. Return beef to the pan, pour in beef broth, and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
