These tasty Chinese ribs have a soy and sesame crust that combines a lot of different flavors. These ribs are grilled to perfection and are the perfect mix of sweet and savory. They will be a hit at any BBQ party.
Ingredients: 1.5 kg pork ribs. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tbsp hoisin sauce. 2 tbsp honey. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tbsp ginger, grated. 2 tbsp sesame oil. 1/2 cup sesame seeds. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Gather soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl. Mix these ingredients together to make the marinade. Put the pork ribs in a big plastic bag that can be closed again and again, and pour the marinade over them. Close the bag and make sure the ribs are well covered. For better flavor, let it sit in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight. Set your grill on medium-high heat. Take the ribs out of the marinade and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Let any extra sauce drip off. For about 25 to 30 minutes, turn the ribs over on the BBQ every once in a while until they are cooked all the way through and caramelized. While the ribs are on the grill, sprinkle them with a lot of sesame seeds so that they stick together and form a crust. Take the ribs off the BBQ when they are done and the sesame crust is golden. Add some chopped green onions on top, and serve hot. Have fun with your tasty Chinese Ribs with Sesame Crust!
