Day 146: High #kick from below!! 😂😂😂😂 Ate too much goodies today during a friend's daughter's baby shower. Love the teriyaki chicken, the cheese sausages, the creamy sliced potatoes (I forgot the name for it 😂😂😂😂) and the lovely cake that they randomly bought (that was what they said). Anyway, eating all those yummy food won't make me feel bad, because I burnt them during my #workout after that. 😁😁😁😁 Tonight's #training consists of stance training, balancing training, a bit of #cardio, #taolu, strength training and some #wushu #drills. . Ps: I saw the #Guangwu team and myself on #channel8's broadcast of #chingay2018! Day 145: Finally got some of the photos that our designated photographer took for our organisation, Guangwu during #chingay2018 and they look great! . Aside from that, we also had an appreciation plus #lohei dinner tonight. It was great fun to see everyone again. The food was great and the company we had was even greater! Looking forward to seeing all of them again! Once again, thank you Guangwu, Master Foo and his wife, Susan for giving us this wonderful opportunity to be part of this huge #performance~~ 😆😆😆😆 . Day 138 / #chingay2018 Day 2: It's the last night of our performance! We had a smashing good time. At least, that's what I felt~ 🤣🤣🤣🤣 . It's not a small feat, bringing some many different organisations of people with different ethnicities and nationalities. This is an event that takes months to prepare and finally, it's over! Glad to make new friends and hope to see them again soon! 😆😆😆😆 . We had to #dance and #perform over a stretch of road. Really not easy. Well done to all the performers! .
