这是半个月前的一个上午醒来后收到的被提及送来的选题。 已是几年前了，曼哈顿有了招牌写着“Xi’an Famous Food”的小店，几年之后的今天，连中国的中国人都知道了。虽然它家也有别的吃食，但卖的最好的还是孜然羊肉夹馍，不正宗，但味重而特别，吸引着极不喜欢孜然的人群外的几乎所有食客。 Ray对西安名吃没少了解，显然是觉得此路可行，继而在Queens开了Chinger。第二次来店里带上了Kristin和两台相机，Ray尽心演示了制作面饼的全过程，刚出炉的面饼撕开时的质地和香味都好过美国人对面饼的期待，就不奇怪Kristin比我要喜欢Chinger得多。 对WRR Workshop没有更多可说，这是我读书17年里收获最多的一门课。
