hmmmm should I transfer to a new store.... my area manager apologized to me for how my GM treated me on Monday and went to the store to chew him out today. He also went on to tell me I was one of the most amazing employees he’s ever seen and reiterated that if at any point in time I’d like become a manager he would make me one in a heart beat.... he said I would make a better GM than my current GM and that even though I’m only a crew member he values me and my opinion so much that he will do anything and everything to keep me happy at this company and he said he’s never said that about anyone else at any of his stores before so that was pretty flattering. He said transferring wouldn’t be an issue if I decided that’s what I wanted to do. I have two old managers begging me to transfer to their new stores. One of them is offering me a Monday-Friday 8-3:30 schedule & her store is only a few mins longer of a drive away from me so I’m really considering it. We shall see. She’s expressed to me that if I wanted she would be thrilled to train me to be her apprentice. (salary pay) :o Anyway, thanks for listening to my chipotle Ted Talk.

I beat my jalapeño dicing record today. Diced a whole damn case of jalapeños (which I never do) in 38 minutes, when usually if I were to dice that much it would have taken me like over an hour. I know it’s silly but I’m v proud of myself. I’d like to thank the sharp ass knife that had my back today. xoxo
