HERES CHIPSIGN!!

They’re a TF1 oc, a bot created just before the rule of Sentinel!

They were originally a cogged bot, who dreamt of working for sentinel. When they got the job(Low level position), they accidentally overheard Sentinel ordering for data pads to be destroyed. Not wanting possibly important history to be lost, they stole the data pads.

Unfortunately, they were caught doing so. Even MORE unfortunately, they found out Sentinel was lying during the theft.

They, by some miracle, escaped sentinel and was in hiding for a long time, even hiding during the war until they were discovered helping (unconcious)injured autobots in secret, eventually joining the autobots!

FUNFACTS

-They made a large tunnel system leading to the surface that connected to specific places in iacon over several years.

-They still have the data pads they stole from sentinel.

-On their back, they have a built in backpack, when in their Alt-Mode, it’s the truck bed.

-They lost an eye and got their side heavily injured by Sentinel.

-They are technically permanently rollerskating, the wheels are made for rough terrain luckily for them.

-When they were young, they loved their paint colors, as it reminded them of ‘Sentinel Prime’. Now, however, they try and either scratch off or paint over the gold stripes, hating how the colors remind them of sentinel.

-They are outwardly emotionless, but without their battle-mask on, they are actually very expressive(Their Finials move a lot too)

-They go by They/He pronouns

-Will shoot any Sentinel supporters on SIGHT.

-The reason they stayed hidden after sentinel was killed is because they were afraid of both the war and how everyone would react to him.

CHIPSIGN

💎 “ Iacon has not been my home for as long as sentinel has lied to the masses. “ 💎

Alt Mode: While not drawn yet, their Alt form is similar to an Off Roader truck.

Chipsign is able to transform his servos into drills and energon blades, the bed of their truck form acts as a sort of built in backpack. He also has a built in battlemask!

Pronouns/sexuality: He/They, Gay

Base info:

A quiet and relatively solitary bot, not much is known about them, especially since they were presumed dead until the war.

A self sacrificial autobot, what’s new? They often were sent out on scouting missions or created new tunnels that made it easier for the autobots to get around, however this was only for a short timeframe.

They are riddled with self guilt, at not having been able to do more. Haunted by the ghosts of their past, Chipsign pushes his limits constantly, giving their all as much as he can.

Base Lore:

This is mostly centered around TFone.

They always looked up to the false prime, dreaming of working for him one day.

They did get the job, however, it was shortly after this that they overhear Sentinel ordering the destruction of important history documents, Chipsign, loving history as much as they do, sought out to steal and preserve the documents, succeeding in doing so, but getting caught in the process by Sentinel and his guards.

Chipsigns voice box was permanently damaged and he lost an eye in this encounter.

Chipsign, when he was young, dug small hidey holes around Iacon, these later came to save their life and evolve into the tunnels(which even extended up to the surface).

When the war started, Chipsign stayed hidden out of fear, eventually being discovered when they saved an autobot from a seeker attack by dragging him into the tunnels.

At one point, the tunnels collapsed and they left the autobots, becoming neutral, eventually landing with Aurorastreak, Fireblast, and Colorbird.

This is the extent of what is known, as he refuses to talk about his past(Particularly the scar on his side).

Funfacts:

Chipsign primarily uses the cybertronian equivalent of sign language, as it is painful for him to talk often.

Chipsign HATES his plating colors, he used to be so proud of the likeness to the false prime, but now it just serves as a reminder of everything Sentinel did.

Chipsign used to paint over the gold and champagne gold stripes, but now with a lack of access to the paint, they choose to just scratch at the gold on their plating.

Chipsign is outwardly emotionless, their battle mask does not help. The most common way to see what he is thinking/feeling is by looking at his finials.

Chipsign almost always has a battle mask on, rarely taking it off infront of others.(Colorbird is the only one of the wanderers to actually see the grounders face.)

Chipsign is the strongest and biggest out of the Wanderers.

No specified age, however they are the oldest of the wanderers.

Chipsign for primus’s sake why are YOU of all mechs cutting your rations and hiding injuries- cmon- Primus you’re heavy. It makes sense considering you’re strong enough to hold up a collapsing tunnel for a small amount of time, but Primus- I don’t know what to do-“
