Hello, I was wondering, do you have a tag or tags that you use for negative stuff, or characters hate? Because I really hate having those on my dash, I'm here for the positivity.

Though we try to be objective in judging what is hate vs simply a difference of opinion that others may not like, we employ “anti ___” or “___ dislike” or “___ hate” tags.

Regarding positivity, we try and have a week of positivity every once in awhile to brighten up a week. We always make an announcement before we do, so be on the look out :)

Season 4 started out with 3.96 mil viewers and the finale ended with 2.89 viewers, hence losing over 1 million viewers (x)

Season 8 started out with 1.85 mil viewers and the finale ended with 2.31 viewers, gaining half million viewers (x)

uh I’m probably not the best one to explain this but the AfD gained 13% of votes and is now in the Bundestag as the 3rd strongest party. 2013 they had 4,7% and you need to cross the 5% mark to get into the Bundestag. This time, with 13% they have now 94 seats in there

Do you think Dean and Castiel are aware of how they feel about the other?

Do you mean are they aware of how they themselves feel? Absolutely. Both are aware. Specifically though Dean since s8, Cas since s9.

Are they aware of what the other feels for them? More or less, Dean kinda suspected since end of s4 but thought it would never happen cos *angel* *im not good enough* and *it would break Cas so better not*, but now he knows since 12x12 and it did break Cas. Bad times for Dean’s emotional state.

And Cas has suspected of Dean’s feelings since s8, he flirted with him in s9 cos he thought he might be in with a chance (and he was, but the situation was not right). Cas however also I think hovers on the edge of *does he truly love me or does he love me as family and would rather be with a woman, will he ever get over his issues and I cant force him to* *im not good enough* *sacred oath* *duty first*.

Cas rejected Dean twice in season 8 (metaphorically in 8x07 with their whole final conversation, putting things ‘straight’, textually in 8x17 by choosing to take the tablet away and protecting it from Dean as a potential threat) and Dean rejected Cas textually in 9x03 by kicking him out and metaphorically in 9x11 by going off with Crowley.

This is how endgame *we just cant catch a break or be on the same page at the same time* romances work.

We’ve literally witnessed the flip in the focus / plot from:

s4-6: Cas loves Dean

s7-8: Dean loves Cas

s9-10: Cas loves Dean

s11-12: Dean loves Cas

So in the end Dean has to accept that Cas didn’t fall and do it ALL for him, but that he already doubted and it was his choice to fall anyway, that Dean didn’t break Cas, Cas chose it.

Cas has to see Dean embrace himself and what’s below the facade not just because and for Cas but for Dean himself, for Dean to love him fully and for Cas to be ok with being with Dean.

Dean has to TELL Cas that he wants him to stay. Cas needs to stay despite duty pulling him away, he has to choose to stay with Dean. Dean needs to use his words to get what he wants and Cas needs to not just do his duty but look for what he wants.

THEY ARE SO PERFECT FOR FORCING THE OTHER TO DO THE THINGS THAT WILL MAKE THEM HAPPY FOR OTHER REASONS TOO AND NOT JUST EACH OTHER AND ARGH!

Hey Tink, I did some thinking, in 5x04, The End, Chuck is there. Yet, he is God. Of course we can understand that he wouldn't help, it makes sense for his character, but he still stays, which if he had a choice he probably wouldn't. So maybe it wasn't the future but a simulation made by the angels (like in changing channel) based off the knowledge they had, and they tried to make it the worst possible to convince Dean (1/2)

Endverse!Dean makes sense, but for endverse!Cas Does that mean that the worst version of Cas for Dean is him sleeping with a lot of people that aren't him? And who takes drugs? (I can't really explain the second one) (also angels can read minds I think, so it wasn't done randomly) (2/2)

IMO Endverse IS a false reality, in fact that’s exactly how I read it, not that it’s actually really a time leap into the future, it’s all made up by Zachariah and literally shows Dean the worst everything that could possibly happen, his biggest fears:

- being separated from Sam and not being able to protect him from Lucifer (which has been his whole life’s goal, to protect Sammy, until then)

- being the reason Cas falls, loses who Dean perceives him to be, is mentally and physically broken and eventually dies at his hands

- future!Dean himself is cold, hard, calculating and lacking of empathy, entirely unlike Dean knows himself to be, the worst version of himself he could imagine

- he sends all his friends / family to die

It’s all LITERALLY the worst outcome that he could wish for himself? It’s his NIGHTMARE. So yeah, imo it’s all a construct made by Zachariah as it’s just too perfectly....perfect.

(4x17 on the other hand is entirely the opposite, THAT is the real world, just with Dean and Sam without their memories forced into a situation that is entirely unlike their own world).

Hey Tink, I was thinking and in season 13, Jack is gonna be some sort of analogy of Sam with his demon blood, because he is half Lucifer so he'll make him progress in his character story line and probably the same with Castiel, by being different and starting to feel like he belong (based on interviews, if you want I can find a link but you probably saw them) but then I couldn't think of something for Dean. Maybe there isn't, but it seems a little incomplete. What's your opinion on the question?

Hi! I have written about this a lot but it’s kinda all over the place so I’m sorry it’s kind of just all in my “Jack the nephilim” tag!

For sure my view is that Jack mirrors all 3 of them and in that way will be the catalyst narratively for the plot to move TFW’s arcs towards endgame but also as their mirror will expose a lot about them and their endgames too, it’ll be mostly Sam and Cas in terms of PLOT as you say re: Lucifer and being between heaven/earth etc. and Dean in terms of the metaphor.

Ways I see Jack mirroring TFW:

Cas: Rejecting DUTY/ EXPECTATIONS. Cas is Lucifer’s light mirror so already is a step-father mirror figure to Jack, plus all of season 12 setting this up, but also he is his direct mirror with his choice re: Heaven/Earth, discovering who he is and what he wants from life.

Sam: Rejecting LUCIFER, destiny, blood forced on him that isn’t his choice. If Jack has a whole “doing some bad things” arc (and I hope he goes dark side around midseason finale to then be won back around by the finale), then feeling guilty for those things and it’s Sam who tells him that yes, he made bad choices, but he can choose now to make good choices and it doesn’t make him a bad person, he can let go of the guilt after a while, he can move forwards from this…. I WILL SCREAM!! :D :D :D 

Dean: Rejecting his FATHER (I think it was @k-vichan who first made me think yeah, totally, last season was about mothers and this season about fathers, makes total sense), embracing found family and discovering and accepting who he is not what he is, finding a reconciliation between the light and dark side and coming together in the middle, accepting both sides.

So for Jack, if he is a true mirror for the boys and IF we are heading close in time to endgame… he might for example:

1. have a path to discovering who he is and what he wants in life2. have a down before the up storyline3. choose to reject lucifer 4. choose to accept found family

These are the main themes I hope and kind of expect from season 13′s Jack arc if we are moving towards endgame and he is going to be the catalyst to tie this up (let’s be real, I do at this point expect them but IF I AM WRONG I WILL BE OK WITH IT! I also like surprises! I don’t like it when it’s nonsensical but if it makes sense then wahoo! I’m wrong! Excellent! NO WORRIES!). 

Also IF the show is going to continue for another few years then yeah Jack will probably end up bad and everything will go to shit in order for them to keep in the dumps and not get their positive endgame til the end.
