This isn't about a toilet overflowing, but one time my brother locked the bathroom door from the outside, so my mom when in and she got looked and the knob jammed or something like that. My dad was at work and I was around 7, so my mom ended up being stuck in the bathroom for about 3 hours until I finally found a way to unlock the door.
