i want to make friends in the game i play
but unfortunately, i was raised on World of Warcraft and my immediate assumption is that talking in the chat will get me cyberbullied mercilessly
#chittychatty#for the uninformed WoW had... one of the most toxic communities#the game's systems and whatnot were not conducive for any sort of cooperation between players#everything was a competition with your fellow gamers#so to be playing palia#a game where cooperation between players is HEAVILY encouraged and rewarded#is a culture shock of sorts lol#all this to say talking in games makes me anxious bc WHAT IF THEY BULLY ME
