I'm enjoying my garlic chive blossom vinegar so much that I decided to make more while I still have blossoms left on my chive plants. I wanted to show you the difference between when I first start a batch and when it's done. Isn't that the most beautiful color? I'll be honest, I only tried this to begin with because it was pretty and I had everything I needed to hand. That being said, I'm so glad I did. I'll be making this from now on as long as I have chive blossoms. Considering the mere minutes it takes to make and how cheap it is I didn't expect it to be so good. It's very garlicky. It's going to be fantastic on homegrown lettuce. It's going to be even better in the middle of the winter.
