Congrats on getting to part 2 of your event! This is Chizik, and I'd love a shot scenario with Nojiko. I hadn't thought of her much before your matchup, but now she's one of my favorites! You mentioned warm sunny days reading aloud and picnicking in the tangerine groves; I'd love it if you could expand on that! It sounds so peaceful!

“Mind if I join you?”
A warm smile spread across your face as Nojiko approached you, setting down a basket of fresh-picked tangerines by the base of the tree you were laying under. You sat up, adjusting your position on the soft blanket to allow room for your lover to settle herself by your side. Your stomach fluttered happily at the way she leaned against the trunk and patted her thighs for you to lay upon them. Nojiko hummed in content as you nestled your head into her lap, lifted up the book to eye level, and continued to read where you left off; this time out loud for her to hear.
Her fingers were in your hair instantly as she relaxed against the tree and focused on the words you read. She’d lost count as to how many times you’ve read this book, both by yourself and to her, but she didn’t mind. She enjoyed the way you read so eloquently, helping to paint the pictures in her head and making the warm, sunny day all the more relaxing and enjoyable. This was undoubtedly her favorite way to spend time with you.
Releasing your hair to reach into the basket, she pulled out a tangerine, peeling it nonchalantly while she continued listening, completely enthralled by the story you were reading. Each time you turned a page, she would pop a tangerine slice into your mouth, giggling at the way you were suddenly agape with each page turn. After a few shared tangerines, her fingers returned to your hair.
The rays of sunlight peaking through the breaks in the trees above you warmed your skin. Paired with Nojiko’s tangerine-scented fingers combing through your hair and massaging your scalp, you couldn’t fight the sleepiness that was attempting to claim you. You felt so comfortable against her thighs and underneath her touch, you found your eyes getting droopy, the words beginning to run together and slur out as you struggled to stay conscious.
Nojiko tittered, taking the book from your hands and jolting you awake for a quick moment in response, “Shh, relax. Let me read to you.”
With one hand holding the book and one hand in your hair, she continued on, reading softly to you. It didn’t take long for you to become sleepy against her once again, whining a little when she would stop petting your hair to turn the page, much to her amusement. As soon as your heavy breathing filled her ears, she marked the page in your book and set it beside the two of you. For a moment she watched your sleeping face, the way your eyes fluttered peacefully, the way your mouth was opened partially. You’d probably think you looked silly, but to her, you couldn’t be more adorable like this; utterly blissful underneath the sunlight and greenery. Tangling her fingers in your hair once more, she leaned her head against the tree, allowing sleep to claim her as well as she enjoyed a peaceful afternoon nap with the one she loved most.
