MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!! i hope if you do read it that you love it…i just finished it and i am soooo not normal about it paul murray is a genius to me i thought it was brilliant. i sense as a tragicomedy it’s probably a love it or hate it kinda thing because as with any comedy if the humour isn’t for you it’s gonna bomb and a lot of it is so silly and ridiculous and so many chatacters are so caricaturish but if you can get on board with that there is sooo much more to it it’s so HUGE and dreadful and upsetting and it’s about m-theory and donuts and being fourteen years old and cowardice and the first world war and strings and my sweet sad son skippy juster who is basically jesus christ. unforgettable for me at least!!!!
