Lim, Day 17, Part 2
Chloe: Oh, juicers! Yeah, I stock juicers!
Chloe wonders why Dixie's here - doesn't she grow her own produce? Maybe she just needed a little extra, for the wedding.
That's a long queue!
Too long for Buck, who threw his bags on the floor and stomped off. Luckily that meant Loki could get to the register sooner, and pay for his more expensive shop.
Donte: What's all that noise about, hey?
Donte: She's all clean and I think she's ready for a feed.
Chloe wanted a silver sales badge, so she left Donte home with Briar and went and opened up her produce stand. She got the sales badge, but I'm not sure she'll be doing that trip solo again soon - not until her register skills have improved too!
Lim, Day 14, Part 2
Donte served the buffet, but Chloe got waylaid on the way there by the guests.
I was worried when I saw Val in her queue whilst she was talking to Rocky, but he just wanted to play red hands with her.
Surrounded by a sea of men...
Yeah, pick up the niece. Nieces are safe territory (and doesn't Valeria look adorable in her dress?)
She did get something to eat eventually.
Inside, Lazlo and Abhijeet are bonding over architecture, and Erin is happier hiding out inside listening to her fiance playing the piano than outside partying.
Donte: Hi, gorgeous!
Donte: I'm your Uncle Donte, and you are just perfect! ... Wouldn't you like a new little cousin someday soon? Yeah, let me see if I can get your Aunt Chloe convinced.
Donte: I know I'm a bit late to the party, but congratulations on Valeria. She's so sweet!
Donte: Happy, Mrs Lim?
Chloe: Yeah. It's been a lovely day, hasn't it?
And it's Limo Time! (I don't know who can possibly be so mad at them already to have knocked over their trashcan).
Chloe threw the party and invited down in relationship order, included three (now ex-)lovers - Rhett, Valentine and Abhijeet. I removed their love tags once they arrived - with jealousy how it seems to be in my game, they're never going to lose the love tags naturally, so I had to help.
I was still a bit concerned by the way all the male guests flocked around Chloe as soon as the video was done rolling, but everyone behaved themselves and they raised the roof!

But look, the front "hobbies room" has lost its walls and gained some stairs!
Now they have two more bedrooms and a bathroom up here. Not that they can afford to kit out the bathroom yet, but hopefully it'll be ready by the time Briar turns child.

Donte: Aren't you a gorgeous one, then?
I mean, she's not exactly all that interesting looking, but she's definitely pretty.
The party was mostly a success. Val and Pascal got into some animosities (ditto Vid and Jenny - not sure what all that's about!) so Chloe got them all into a hangout and left them to it.
Pop!
Vallie: Auntie Chloe, you 'kay?
Chloe: I'm fine, thanks, sweetheart - the baby's just kicking. Do you want to feel it?
Overnight, Briar made good use of the toddler toys available to her. I'm already regretting putting that hairstyle on her - I keep calling her Clover! I should probably try and get back to my main Widespot this summer... the load times are so long, though!

Donte: Good morning, little miss birthday Briar!
Yep, Briar's going to be a big sister, alright!
It's party time!
It's a shame Donte wasn't here for the big event, but he works til 6 and she wouldn't hold on that long.
And up she grows!

It's Donte's first day at his new job.
Of course, Chloe's wishing they could both just stay in bed all day...
