Winter had arrived quite quick in Panem, but luckily the Capitol so far had been spared any snow. Caesar never considered this his favourite season ; the host was more than glad to not have a Winter Wonderland on the streets. He enjoyed Christmas, but a horrible temperature drop wasn't one of these things.
