I learned about Volg earlier this year when I played the Switch port of Chocobo's Mystery Dungeon Every Buddy

Toshiyuki Itahana, who was the character designer on Final Fantasy IX (and developer on many Final Fantasy/Chocobo series games) put out a piece of commemorative art!

Who GAVE Vivi a driving license he’s like 6 months old!!

(I decided to animate this little drawing! Chocobo GP (sequel to Chocobo Racing) got announced, and Vivi is one of the playable characters. And so is Steiner. As a big Final Fantasy IX fan, I’m so happy to see some love give to these characters!)
