Round 2 of the Best Game Boxart Tournament begins on July 1st, 2026!

The winners of the Qualifying Round are back and ready to take down Round 1's survivors! 256 polls will narrow down the field once again.

8 polls will drop daily, each lasting a week.

みんな大好き塊魂

From what I can read, the signs are WE ENJOY 王様 (We Enjoy The King), 塊魂 (Katamari Damacy), KD in a heart, and たのしい(fun). If those last two are together, it could be read as Katamari Damacy (implied is) fun, which is so cute. Look how excited everyone is for Katamari!! This game was made incredibly quickly after the first one skyrocketed in popularity and it’s really neat to see all of that love and charm applied to not only the sequel itself, but the box art too!! I believe this was the current Namco office building and these are presumably workers or fans out front. Neat!
