Summer! Chef Paul of @chocolatasm has beautifully redesigned his delicious and of course sustainable and artisanal craft chocolate bars inside and out - swipe to see what's inside the package! - and you can find his milk, dark, and white bars at @foodease_chicago inside @watertowerplace, all with creative flavors and inclusions! 💚 I've got his white chocolate bar here; infused with key lime and accented with muscovado brown sugar, and containing no soy lecithin or other commercial additives, just real cocoa butter and all real ingredients, it tastes like exquisite upscale summertime cake batter! 🍈 This is the kind of bar you almost can't stop eating, whether or not you thought you liked white chocolate (ok I always loved this bar and other real white chocolate), and it's only that iron willpower of mine that let me snap these photos before taking a bite or seven or eight! ;) ⚓ I took these photos in front of my favorite art piece in the Lighthouses on the Mag Mile exhibit, presented by @chicagolighthouse to celebrate access and inclusion for people with disabilities; the exhibit runs free of charge through August 11 as a public art display along Michigan Avenue. This lighthouse was painted by dear @poojapittie, MBA-turned-artist, and you'll find it in front of @theshopsatnorthbridge.
