The Process vs The Product
I always find it fascinating how Chocolate hardens from a molten state. 🍫
With little experience, I always succeed… in melting them (OK, I failed at times too)… but not getting them back into harden state. They are such a “delicate” and “sensitive” ingredient. When I heard about the course offered at Temasek SkillsFuture Academy, I was tempted to get myself enrolled. Chocolate Techniques Workshop is a 1-day course, taught by Chef George Fum.
