This month's @chocolateandbook box came today, starring a book I have heard many good things about and been wanting to read for a while! A Closed and Common Orbit is the second in its series, but as the note that came with it explains, 'it's a stand-alone sequel and way too delicious for us to pass it up!' This is my favourite chocolateandbook box so far. The truffles were delicious and caramel-y, and the lime and sea salt bar is an interesting flavour combination that works well although I think it will be a bit too intense for me to eat much of at a time. But that just means it'll last longer *g* And most importantly I am loving the book so far! The plot is just getting started for me but I am intrigued. Also glad to have a book with well developed female characters, that is something the last two were sadly lacking in.
