S'more Chocolate Chip Gooey Bliss Cookies are the ultimate cookie experience. A delicious blend of chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs that is reminiscent of the popular campfire treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup brown sugar, packed. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 1 cup chopped milk chocolate or chocolate chunks.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and chopped milk chocolate. Scoop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
