Ingredients: 1 cup cooked chickpeas. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon coriander. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tomato, diced. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Heat the olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and saut them until they are transparent.
