So yummy! Self saucing chocolate pudding for a sometimes treat. Ingredients For the pudding: 1 Cup self raising flour, 2 tspn of cocoa, 1/2 Cup brown sugar, 1 egg, 80g cooled melted butter, 1/2 Cup milk. For the sauce: 3/4 Cup brown sugar, 2 tspn of cocoa, 1 1/4 Cup of boiling water. Method - preheat the oven to 180°. For the pudding: in a bowl, combine the wet ingredients, then sieve the dry ingredients over to and mix together. Then put into a small cake tin that's been lightly greased. For the sauce: combine the cocoa and brown sugar and spread evenly over the pudding. Use the back of a spoon to lightly disperse the water over the pudding and sugar mix. Cook for 35 - 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
