Tuna sushi goodness. Ingredients: +1 cup cooked rice, add 1 tblspn of rice wine vinegar to it. +Take 1 tin of tuna (drained) add 1 tspn of lemon juice, a 1/4 c diced onions, 1 tblspn of Mayo and mixed together. --+Lay down a clean tea towel (if you don't have the proper mat) and put cling wrap on it then a yaki nori wrap on top of that (shiny side down) +then spread the rice on top leaving a 1cm gap on one end and then line up the tuna. + wrap it all up, cut and eat.
