Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 packet instant yeast. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup almond milk, warmed. 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted. 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips.
Instructions: In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warmed almond milk and melted vegan butter. Mix until dough forms. Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour. Roll out dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Spread vegan chocolate chips evenly over the dough. Roll up dough tightly, starting from the long side, to form a log. Cut the log into 12 equal pieces. Place the pieces in a greased baking dish, leaving space between each. Cover with a clean cloth and let rise for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Bake buns for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
