Homemade Choco-Tacos

Choco Tacos made at home are a delicious treat that have chocolate ice cream and crispy taco shells. On a hot day, they're the best way to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup sugar. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup milk. 2 cups chocolate ice cream. 1 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: Mix flour and salt together in a bowl. Mix the eggs and sugar in a different bowl until they are smooth. Mix well after adding the melted butter and vanilla extract to the eggs. Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk little by little until a smooth batter forms. Set a skillet that doesn't stick on medium heat. Put 1/4 cup of batter on the pan and spread it out into a round shape. Once the edges are golden brown, flip it over and cook the other side until it's also golden brown. Take it out of the pan and immediately roll it into a taco by draping it over a rod or something similar. Do again with the rest of the batter. Wait for the taco shells to cool down and get firm. Fill each taco shell with a scoop of chocolate ice cream after it has cooled down. If you want, you can sprinkle with chopped nuts. Either serve right away or freeze until you're ready to serve.
