Yesterday, I had dinner with my new potential girlfriend at 70s restaurants, Xinmei Tower Pudong Area. 4 dishes, 2 people. The highlighted dish is the fish one. It is called ‘chop bell pepper fishhead’ (剁椒鱼头). Basically, it’s made by putting a lot of hot red pepper on the fishhead. So, simply it’s a dish of fishhead. 😆 Sometimes, it’s better to make complex things simple, which is much easier to let people from different cultures understand what it is. Right? ——————————— My new potential girlfriend is older than me. Well, I remember Mr Sergio Ramos’s wife is 5 years older than him and they still have a happy family. So, age is not a barrier.
