Veal Chops rubbed with salt, pepper, garlic and dijon mustard, first grilled for 3 minutes on each side then cooked in the oven at 350°F till juicy and tender. Meanwhile I caramelized onions in a sauce pan on medium heat, so they didn’t burn, sautéed the chops till well browned. I then added the left over juices from the baking pan adjusted the seasoning with some more salt, pepper and dijon mustard. Voilà they were ready to enjoy with creamy mashed potatoes ( I forgot to add them to the plate, but did it much later) and apple fig salad.
