DOG PSA

Regardless of how much you trust your dog or how much you believe them to be well-behaved. Under no circumstances should you take them out without a lead unless you are in a dog park or someplace where it is allowed.

I say this after an incident I had in the close of my flat. I was taking Kaluah and Takuma out to the bathroom to find one of my neighbours had let out her daughter's rottweiler without its lead despite it having shown aggressive behaviour towards other dogs. This rottweiler caught one glimpse of Takuma and kicked off. It lunged up the stairs and started to bark and snap at him. Kaluah is trembling in my arm and I'm having to pull Takuma back to protect him. Thankfully Takuma is not aggressive and no one was hurt but I can't help but think if he was. If he was defensive he is more than capable of doing damage.

So for the safety of others dogs and your own:

KEEP THEM ON A LEAD.
