George: Can you watch my pets next week? Please?
The day wasn’t good to George. He didn’t get much sleep, work was a mess, it was pouring rain, and all he wanted was a quick cup of coffee before he could finally get home. Unfortunately, when he stepped into the coffee shop, a long line had already formed. “Damn,” he mumbled to himself, sighing heavily as he stepped on the end of the line. So much for getting home quickly.
“What does it even mean to be an adult?” Sawyer thought out loud. “Is there a definin’ moment in your life or is it just thrust upon you? Is it age? Is it... is it attitude?”
“Okay, my race is in three weeks and I’m already planning my celebration meal. I’m thinking too much red wine, and a whole chocolate cake.”
