relaxing at home with @chrhaneul
it’s nice, being able to kick back and relax every now and then with haneul. despite the fact that yul doesn’t have a special lady in his life to make him feel like he needs a guys night or the like… there’s plenty of that energy coming from all the time he spends with jamie and hyerin whenever they’re taking shia from him. of course, they’re also the ones who give him the space to have that when they take shia out so he can get some time to himself too. win some, lose some.
the balcony door is wide open, letting the soft breeze from outside in while the sun begins to set slowly. even at forty stories high with other skyscrapers around, yul still finds the view to be one of the bests in hannam.
enjoying the vibe of the early night, yul places the small cup shia had been using for juice before leaving cheerfully for her own night out with hyerin trading it for two cold glass bottles of beer. he’s quick to maneuver his way to the living room where haneul is already settled… looking somewhat preoccupied with his own thoughts.
yul immediately notices the air of stress surrounding the male and how the television is still playing a random episode of miraculous ladybug from before he had even arrived.
must be something heavy on his mind if haneul didn’t even have the interest in changing the channel to watch while waiting for yul to join him.
once yul manages to grab haneul’s attention by placing the bottles on the glass coffee table next to the snacks, he continues around the living room to pick up shia’s stray toys laying around.
“you alright?” yul begins with calmly as he takes glances over to haneul with each toy he picks up before returning them all to the bin in the corner. “bad day at work or is something else bothering you?”
he’s quick to make his way to the couches where he takes a seat across haneul, grabbing one of the bottles and taking a quick gulp before making another comment stating his earlier observations.
“you didn’t even change the channel.”
