Yeah I completely understand, to say that stray kids now have 8 members seems so out of place. I’ve been following you since the predebut days back when we had the milk vs cereal first debate, coca cola memes, the plaid shirts and the rants we’d have about jyp. It’s just that we all built connections with each other and the members so saying goodbye is really difficult. Hopefully this doesn’t effect skz’s success, they really have changed the game in kpop

It really does. Honestly pre debut seems like forever ago and wow (that seems crazy someone has followed me for that long thank you!) I miss all the dumb cereal and Coca Cola debates, those were good times. Besides woojin thing, lately everything just seems on edge and really tense instead of light and fun. I really hope we can go back to that. Like I feel more than ever we need to be an open and loving fandom like we promised so skz know we’re always here for them through thick and thin. Like the connection I feel us stay and skz have is something that not many other group-fandom duos have. We’re like a real family.

I believe that they still have far to go. I really believe that they’re gonna be one of the biggest groups. There passion is undeniable honestly

just a thought but termination of contracts have to be done in advance (obviously you’d have to notify the company) so this means it was likely that a few, if not all, the members knew about him leaving. I also feel as though the statement was very abrupt? No hiatus or possible indications. I hope all the members and Woojin are ok and I hope they know that we’re always going to stick by their side even if they go down their own paths.

Yea I’ve been reading quite a few theories/reactions to why woojin could have left and with the situation of terminating of contract it would’ve had to of been done in advance, and if that happened I feel woojin wouldn’t have been included in double knot and all the promo for the past couple of months. Bc of that it makes me think that something major happened recently where a termination of contract was the only option. Especially with how abrupt the statement was with no warning or goodbye from woojin.

Overall I hope woojin and the boys are okay. Their happiness is the most important to me. I’ll follow them on this path forever !

hello, I am also a predebut stan. I remember like it was yesterday how small the fandom was, how excited we got over the smallest detail of stray kids, the mattress sweater Chan wore, how they were kings of reusing clothes, how jeongin was so small and grew up, how stray kids struggled and suffered, how they progressed, mixtape, Felix not knowing Korean well, how woojin would help jeongin with his singing, and so so much more. And I’m so heartbroken by what is happening with woojin I am a mess.

Hiiii~ right like time has really flown by and we have grown so large as a fandom honestly! Omg I almost forgot about the mattress sweater, that was the funniest thing. All of this is making me so emo, I wish we could go back to those days so badly now, they were so good 😢 I’m a mess also, like I can’t focus in class or anything. Usually kpop is an escape from the stress for me but now that is the stressful thing I’m tryna find other things to cheer me up aha

I think something major must have happened behind the scenes and the only option was to end the contract, by saying it was “personal reasons” allows him to leave while avoiding any speculation. especially since leaving a company has become something the media love to obsess over. It’ll feel so different with just 8, idk if you remember when we all used to post about OT9 during the survival show. It’s just so sudden.

Yes that’s exactly what I was thinking. I’m actually quite surprised and happy that crazy rumors to his departure haven’t started bc I know this has to be very hard for him.

I’m not even sure how exactly to feel with ot8 yet but I do know I’ll support them no matter what. Like I’ve been here since pre debut, and ot9 is just the only thing that makes sense, like all 9 of them being together is the most important thing and now that that’s gone it’s just so hard to comprehend. It really is so sudden

Moths are definitely just as pretty and should be loved more !! but I’ve heard they eat your clothes tho and can get pretty big and they attack people sometimes so I’ll keep my distance while admiring them :)))
