Inktober 2017 Day 26: Squeak

Christ-chan moved onto the next bead in the 3rd Sorrowful mystery as she let Gilda smack her head with a plastic rattle. She was exhausted with the babysitting but that wasn’t the worst of it. She had tapped into Gilda’s soul and found it being pulled by a bubbling, frothing darkness that she could not recognize or even name to be the devil. For while the devil’s trickery is transparent in seeking the ruination of a soul, this cosmic ghost, seemingly made by man, both destroyed and created things in some twisted assembly and left it barely gasping like an oozing pile of flesh, but still cruelly alive.
