pas vraiment...c’est vrai que j’apprenais le français au canada (à l’école), mais la plupart de françaises ne vit pas en Ontario (ils vivent au Québec). mais je suis vraiment entouré par l’urdu (parce que ma mère, mon père, mes grandparents tout parlent urdu). c’est à cause de cela que la situation est bizarre. peut-être parce que j’apprenais le français à l’école il y a treize ans (!!!), et l’urdu seulement chez moi? je ne sais pas vraiment haha. (and you’re doing fine dwai!!! as far as I can tell lol i’m not a native speaker so)

que tu veux dire par «plus général» ?  je ne sais pas pourquoi une langue serait plus facile à apprendre, mais c’est possible. l’urdu est la langue du Pakistan (et aussi de l’Inde dans certains endroits) — mes parents la parlent chez moi, et je la comprends couramment, alors je ne sais pas pourquoi je ne peux pas la parler bien.

I'm Julia. My favorite color is purple. My favorite musical is all of them but specifically Billy Elliot, Wicked, Once, Spring Awakening, and Dogfight (see. All of them.) my favorite ice cream is flavor is Chunky Monkey which is banana Ben and Jerry's because I'm from Vermont and it's like illegal not to like Ben and Jerry's. Random fact I guess is that I've always been really into maths and sciences as well as theater.

YES I love all the musicals and also math :) i'm completely rubbish at science though.

and oh gosh my dad teaches finance and he used to use ben and jerry's as a case study? so every once in a while he would hand out chunky monkey ice cream to all these MBA students it was so funny to watch.
