I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, but I luv me some (well-made) carrot cake. This was only part one of dessert at a buffet brunch at Christmastime in the city worth every bite (way up high at a revolving restaurant I always wanted to go to and there I was ‘accidentally’ lunching at the piano bar one minute, then looking at the canons at an old French Fort while digging into this delight!! Wow.).
