There is just the right amount of sweet and savory in these festive Christmas wraps. There is a nice touch of sweetness from the cranberry sauce, and a rich and tangy contrast from the feta and cream cheese. These appetizers are great for the holidays because they are fresh and crunchy thanks to the baby spinach and pecans.

Ingredients: 4 large tortilla wraps. 1 cup cranberry sauce. 1 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1 cup cream cheese. 1 cup baby spinach leaves. 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Place the tortilla wraps on a clean surface. Mix the cream cheese with a little salt and pepper in a small bowl until it's smooth and well mixed. Cover each tortilla with a thick layer of the cream cheese mixture, leaving about half an inch of space around the edges. Next, put some cranberry sauce on top of each tortilla's cream cheese. Spread the feta cheese crumbles out on top of the cranberry sauce on each tortilla. On top of each tortilla's feta cheese, put a handful of baby spinach leaves. Lastly, cover the spinach leaves with chopped pecans. Be careful to roll up each tortilla tightly, and tuck the sides in as you go to make a tight wrap. Cut each wrap into bite-sized pinwheels. If you want, you can use toothpicks to hold them together. These Cranberry, Feta, and Cream Cheese Christmas Wraps are ready to eat right away.
