sophie: she looks forward to all of the lights; as a kid, christmas music was always TOO LOUD but the lights were always so pretty and helped distract her from the blaring thoughts of the kids around her
biana: winter fashion is so soft and cosy and she loves getting her friends matching sweaters and cute socks. it’s such a pretty time of year she loves sharing that with those she loves
linh: she loves the snow; as a hydrokinetic, she is hyper aware of the water crystals in snowflakes and it’s so soothing to feel the cool drops of ice around her and kissing her skin. she also tries to go ice skating with tam whenever she can convince him to go with her
tam: he actually loves snowboarding and lives for the thrill of it; he tried reaching linh, but she was a bit scared, so he goes ice skating with her from time to time and enjoys it despite his griping
keefe: being with friends; during winter holidays, he spends as little time at home as possible, tagging along with linh when she goes ice skating, brainstorming light setups with dex, even being biana’s model whenever she goes shopping for the guys’ gifts
dex: he, like sophie, loves the lights and always drops by havenfield to set up elaborate lights and decorations all around the pastures and setting up warm lights for the many nights he and his friends stay up all night outside
fitz: he never knows what presents to get his friends, so he spends the weeks leading up to christmas mastering some new sweet treat to present his friends on christmas
