Joseph Kosinski: “Chris MacKenzie played by Taylor Kitsch. I love Taylor. Having worked with him on this and something else. Just another incredible actor and took this role to a whole different place then we were all expecting.”
Josh Brolin: “He just brings a wildness and a humor to everything that draws you in, I think. You want to be apart of his circle. His nucleus. Kitsch is just mischief incarnate.”
Joseph Kosinski: “He is. I feel like this is the first role in awhile where I think he’s gotten to be 90% himself.”
“Your dad and Uncle Mack are stoked you’re having your first sleepover with us. She’s got her puppy...”
“Dude, what did you do?”
“I baby proofed everything, like the bathroom cabinets, the kitchen, the whole house basically. So, we’re good.”

taylorkitsch Well. Looks like #onlythebrave getting a second wind. We are all proud of this one... Love learning about this form of fight n couldn’t of had more fun with the crew & cast and of course the Hotshots that trained us. Class acts. Literally couldn’t have done this w/out y’all. Never got to meet or hang with ‘Mack’ but I know we woulda laughed a ton:) Huge heart on him. His smile infectious. Funny! 10yr vet. Father a retired captain. Was born to do what he did. Absolutely loved his job. Thank @donut_928 for entrusting me with this. Was an honor. And thanks to all the first responders and their families.
