OKAY! This was the 3rd one I got, and I thought of making it non-anon when I sent this out to other writers so that it didn't kinda circulate amongst the same circles continuously, but eh!

I'm a lot less tired than I was when I answered number 2, and here's a link to number 1, so

I've got a lot of fics, and I'm gonna do my next fave 5, because it's very hard to decide on faves. And @flyiing-giraffe left a fantastic review on

Taxi, which is very dear to my heart. It's meant to be AceLaw, but it's missing a chapter, and that was the most AceLaw part, but it's still there (the ship). The main idea is that Law drives a taxi and he meets people, and those people are your One Piece faves. Modern AU: summary:

Doflamingo's dementia, Ace's narcolepsy, Cora's death. Law collects vinyl with warps and scratches, and drives a taxi.

Chapters can mostly be read stand alone, and I wouldn't call it a ship fic.

Rated T, 14,392 words.

ZoLaw on the submarine, on the way to Wano. Rated a very soft M, I think, originally T.

Zoro and Law explore the unconformities of personal geography. Practice, distraction, quiet and unquiet minds.

This one is a ship fic on a ship.

3. softening the fall of snow

4. Father Figure

Smoker and Law having that conversation in Punk Hazard! Platonic. The father figure ain't Smoker. (G5 regarded Vergo as a father figure. Law did not).

5. Macrobiotics and Marathons

"Do you always cook like that? Flying scalpels, stabbing daggers, projectiles of fire...?" "Disrespected cabbages," the teacher yelled out, trying to get her body parts together, reordered. "We don't always disrespect the cabbage," Marco said.

Only for the summary. The first story still makes me laugh. The second story is just a bit throwaway!

9. Favorite pairing you wrote for this year? I'd love to say it's my initial favourite of Marco/Law and I have been reading a great fanfic about them, but my writing for them was also drabbles/ficlets, and not so well developed, so I'll say LawZo, although that's a WIP and will be in the LawZo zine out next year. I had fun writing the (very) irregular limerick for LawBin for the polls this year, AND there is KidLaw in the works, AND, I tightened it this year, but didn't write it this year, but reuploaded a chapter to an AceLaw fic

Guess my answer is all of them. Also, plenty of platonic Trafalgar Law & the Heart Pirates. One Cora & Law fic for the Corazine too.

19. What’s one pairing you want to explore next year?

Maybe get some LawBin on paper. I've written it romantically a few times, but more often platonically, but usually in longfic. Wouldn't mind getting a one shot or two out.

29. Favorite line/passage you wrote this year? My current fave is in a WIP for the LawZo zine, so I can't share it for a while, so take the following from Bioluminescent Hearts. Not amazing, but I quite like the imagery. Spoilers for chapter 1081 (manga spoilers)

Orange and white striped tentacles rippled past Hakugan—the head of a sea anemone flexing its bright body backwards and forwards through the water. There was so much water, and the pressure. He couldn’t tell if he was cold, if he was uncomfortable. He tried to shake the vegetation from his hands, but to even budge a finger took effort.

12. What's a headcanon you have for this character? Kid! Kid is the glammest of the glam. Maybe he's into metal or punk, but he's more of a scissor sister's kinda kid. (This is an AU head canon. I don't think we're gonna see it in canon). 16. What's your least favorite ship for this character? (Kid) Don't think I have one. Kid's interesting with everyone.

16. What's your least favorite ship for this character? (Doffy). I don't like 'yes-con' Dof*Law. I think it whitewashes Doffy and takes away Law's agency. Not keen on Stockholm syndrome Law in Dof*Law as well, I guess. I've grown to not mind Dof*Cora, but it really depends. Otherwise, fair game. There aren't a ton of ships for Doff, I think.

19. How about a relationship they have in canon that you don't like? (Law).

All serve their purpose, really. It's more of a fandom grabbing of one characteristic and running with it, maybe! But Oda portrays things how he does. I'm not always a fan of the KidLaw banter! But generally like it. Oda's written Law as a screechy puffed up alley cat in his interactions with the Straw Hats in some parts of Wano, but not always. So I ignore the puffed up alley cat bits, and focus on the cool bits and what makes me laugh (and am aware that puffed up alley cat strikes the funny bone of a lot, and me too at times!). I feel that all supernova ultimately are portrayed as understanding one another's strengths, and other characters understand this too, but it's not always reflected in fandom commentary. So. I didn't answer that question at all. In canon, the relationships are what they are.

22. a) If you're a fic reader, what's something you like in fics when it comes to this character? b) Something you don't like?

a) Law's a strong and nuanced character, who has his weaknesses, but I like it when the fact that he's smart, he's a survivor (against the odds) comes across. Sense of humour, and I feel he's compassionate in his own way. Also, if the humour is good, this guy being sent up is fine too though, but there's a balance to everything. A form of respect or affection from the author even when the fic is obviously a comedy.

b) Something you don't like?

If a fic starts with Tora-o or Traff, and so on, I know the writer is probably viewing Law through Straw Hat eyes, even if they don't feature, and so they will have that kind of bias where Law's a foil to the Straw Hat characters and others, I guess, so I often don't continue reading. I don't like fics which equate --> lithe and lean --> with helpless and in constant need of rescue. I'm all for angst and a bit of rescue, but don't forget his canon strengths and that he can fight for himself as well. I'm probably going against canon, but I don't buy into Law racing to his death at Dressrosa. A possibility yes, but not the hoped for outcome. Also, his speech is not stuck up in Japanese, so I can find it a bit difficult to read fics which have him speaking very exactly (especially when contractions aren't used).
