“As I was saying…” There was something about the way the man spoke about history that the commissioner could listen to him contently. A voice that the other could listen to all day. “Um…Hiwatari-san?” Niwa looked over, slightly concerned. “Was I boring you?” Hiwatari simply shook his head, a ‘gentle’ smile still on his face. “Quite the opposite actually, I find your insight on whether or not we have managed to salvage all the artworks from the Cultural Revolution very eye opening.” At that, Niwa’s face started to light up. “It’s not usual that I find someone who’s willing to listen about the subject.” Ah…if only he knew what such a time was really like.
