If it okay can have Frank with a SO who has a support dog and her dog kinda doesn't like him

Wowowow, so I haven’t been active for weeks now! I’m really sorry, you guys. But I believe I’m finally back. I have tons of requests, and I will get to every single one of them. 

Frank Morrison (The Legion) x female!reader

Frank’s always been a weird guy. Not only because of the obvious—but also because he didn’t seem to get along with animals at all. So you aren’t too surprised that your dog isn’t particularly fond of him. Though you’re doing your best to bring them to enjoy each others’ company at least somewhat.

You’ve been spending a lot of thought on this. Too much, you’re convinced. But no matter how hard you try, Frank simply refuses to even pet your dog. And let’s not get started on the fact that your support dog wildly barks at him as soon as he senses Frank’s presence. 

Having said that, Frank does respect your dog. In his own way, that is. He’s aware that you love your support dog, and he won’t ever get between you and your dog. Though he’s still convinced he’d be much better for you than your dog.

Stella was incapable of evading the vivid machinations of her subconscious recently, it seemed.

She’d never been particularly prone to fatigue or tiredness, and even what she was, the woman always seemed able to draw from a somehow endless pool of motivation. But recently, the trials had become so frequent she almost thought the entity was conspiring against her. She’s wake up at the campfire from a trial with a horrible ache in her hand where Frank had stabbed through the ligaments, or a feeling of vacant pain through her shoulder where The Shape had run her through on a hook. And though Stella would never, ever admit it, the constant tinge of pain was taking a toll. The curse of heavy eyelids met her at every quiet moment, and quick naps brought utterly visceral visions.

Her face might contort ever slightly, her brow might wrinkle on what should be a peaceful, slumbering expression. No one around during ever really seemed to want to intrude, only giving each other, nervous concerned looked. Except Marie, that empathetic girl.

Stella jolted awake, startled out of her sleep by a tentative hand on her shoulder. It took a moment of fumbling over her words, sounding our nothings as she quickly regained her barrings.

“Wh-What’s goin’ on, what’s happening?? Is something wrong? What’s up?” She pushed out, but the words still melted together a bit.

Vantablack glanced up at the survivor propped up against the nearby ledge. Before them on the hook, the body of a now-significantly-less-cocky Jake Park, knuckles bared white as he struggled against the claws of the Entity.

“Heh, I’ll say,” They chuckled as they glanced back up to admire their prey. All throughout the last few trials he’d toyed with them, sabotaging everything his grubby hands could grasp. It was all-too satisfying finally catching him with his pants down (for a turn of phrase), and stringing him up to bleed like a pig.

It was funny, at any other moment they wouldn’t be bothering to hesitate before spinning around and having Marie join him, but considering the pain Jake had caused them they were feeling rather generous now.

“You know? You’re alright; at least somebody around here can appreciate when justice is served. You’ve got a ten second head start. Starting... now.”

Meg grunted loudly as she was forcibly shoved back against the nearby tree. She glared at Marie, mouth opening to yell at her in retaliation... but she stopped before she could utter out a word.

That gleam in Marie’s eyes, fierce, enraged, accusatory... she knew it all too well.

“Meg’s” expression softened, her shoulders shaking as a low, cruel chuckle purred from her throat. The flesh of her cheek split apart, three gleaming white eyes staring down at the girl before her.

“Congrats, you found me~” The faux-survivor sneered, a crooked, menacing grin curling across her features.

“Now good luck trying to convince anyone else of the wolf in the herd.”

“AUGH-!!”

The Shadow stumbled back, the prey they were carrying slipping from their grasp as the hard metal frame of a locker door suddenly slammed open into their face. They held their face with a clawed hand, clenching their eyes shut as they regained their senses from the blow. A low growl rumbled from their chest in growing rage and irritation, catching sight of the survivor responsible for them losing their well-earned catch.

They straightened back up, cracking their neck with a hard, sudden jerk. The Shadow then cocked their head back and spat out a glob of glistening, iridescent blood onto the dirt.

“Where are you going? Why are you running??”

They manically barked, making haste across the map toward their newfound target.

“You wanna play, right?! You’ve got my attention, now lets see how long you can keep it!!”

Vantablack chuckled at the survivor’s question, at her angry and accusatory tone. She always was a bold one, even now she not only stood her ground against a creature like them, but she even confronted them without a drop of regret.

“I’ve seen plenty,” They sneered at the young girl, “Your family, your school, your friends. What of those you actually had that is. ‘Course I’ve yet to see your whole life, every formulative detail that makes you who you are. But I can say I’ve seen more than enough...”

A sweeping roll of black flesh overtook them from head to toe. Facial features morphed, body type shifted, clothing replaced. A discolored, corrupted reflection of Marie stood confidently before her. Lips curled up in a sinister grin, pale eyes leered from beneath the mask of her faux face.

“...to put on quite a show in your skin~”

It wasn’t well known to most survivors what the Shadow did in their off-time, not that it was something at the forefront of anyone’s imagination in the first place.

In truth, the Shadow was almost always about. If not with their killer companions, in the midst of the very survivors themselves. Often this led to turmoil and discord between the survivors as they gleefully spread rumors and lies to create rifts in their relationships, though this was not always the case.

Tonight, survivors and Shadow alike were more than exhausted in equal rights. “Meg”, as they went by tonight, sat against the ground, leaning back against one of the logs they used as a makeshift seat. Copper hair unbraided and flowing as Marie absently brushed through it with her fingers. It was soothing, relaxing for the both of them, no doubt. For now they didn’t mind; the relaxing energy was all they needed to recuperate. It was what kept all of them going.

A moment of peace, laughter mingling hidden killer and the survivor tending to them as they watched the shenanigans of others surrounding them.
