#my art #00三体 #chucarver #if i had to pick any two characters that represent me then it'd be these two! so i wanted to draw them together!#it's been some time since i posted art here and i needed new icons of these two on different platforms so here this goes #this is also meant to be a warm up and drawing characters i like help #i do not want to put this in the main tags but this is chu yan (three body) and elliot carver (james bond - tomorrow never dies)#for james bond fans chu yan is a very minor character and proposed a group vote to broadcast (doxx) an alien planet to help earthern humans #for three body fans elliot carver is a bond villain themed after news media and compared what he does to saving the world (which. false)

Context: I did a presentation on a certain sci-fi trilogy recently (guy on the left is a very minor character from the third entry) and I had a plush toy to ease presentation anxiety in my pocket haha. @/myndelling did a Carver creation and I found that an excuse for another crossover artwork!

#my art #okay here's the drill every time i draw these two together: no main tags and just my personal crossover ones haha #chucarver #00三体 #i'm still very james bond brained but this blog is less bond focused than it used to be so the pinned accommodates for that now #i always talked about other stuff but this sci-fi trilogy has me feeling the same unhinged energy as the peak of bond unhinged energy #these two are the “me” characters so they're like. mascots for me if you don't already see me as them #that's why i like drawing them together and plus they're just fun to think about in terms of james bond/three body crossovers!#(anyways. i am so productive today)

Crossover duos are funny because when you post them it feels like when characters in TV shows introduce their partner to their family

#my ramblings #chucarver #this is about chucarver and i promise you 00三体 has untapped potential (specifically brosnan bond)#chucarver really does feel like introducing a partner to my family though with my self-indulgent art of them #you can derail with your own crossovers (i am curious) and anyway about 00三体 #i can see wai lin and jinx investigating what is going on with 3bp and i think mi6 is in the netflix version? (007 connection)#imagine james bond and thomas wade interactions (maybe brosnan!m too)#ALSO. elektra king and mike evans have similar backgrounds with both of them having fathers in the oil industry which shaped them now #also. mike evans has the same actor as elliot carver and elektra king's actress (sophie marceau) was mentioned in the dark forest #regarding chucarver i have intense lore going on with both of them if anybody is curious but i'll keep things very short #however i say this a lot and i'll say again: they'd get along! really well! they have the same broadcasting to doom/save the world thing!#except broadcasting is in different contexts but i have a vision #also elliot carver (the broadcasting bond villain) would be a perfect fit thematically with the dark forest concept
