for the converse wearers of this dumpster fire, I am about to save y’all a hassle. K so we all love our converse right? But they are kinda a finicky shoe so lemme help y’all out.

The difference between high tops and lows is a half size. They don’t tell you but the lows for a bit different than the highs. I have both. My highs are 6.5 my lows are 7. When I first got them I got 6.5s but I quickly realized that the 7 fit the same as my 6.5 highs. This info isn’t just from me it’s from other people as well.

If you want chuck 70s be aware of the padding. Some people love it some people really hate it. I hate it. I have 2 high top all stars and they fit like a dream. When I got my first 70s the padding gave me issues. It made my pinkie toe rub bad on the canvas. The add more padding but don’t increase he canvas size. If you have this issue, here’s how to solve it ( keep in mind not everyone experiences this same problem btw). Take out that thick ass sole to begin with. If you bend the shoe a bit you can get under it pretty easy and pull her out. Underneath it is a blue rubber that is part of the base of the shoe and should be left alone. With your sole now in hand you will see a black heel part. Rip it away from the gray padding and logo sheet. Try and keep as much of the grey padding connected to the black heel as possible. Slip the heel part back in. If you want, you can cut and layer some thin fabric over the now comfortable sole so there is less texture underneath you foot. To me it didn’t matter I was just happy my shoes were now comfy and wearable.
