My first attempt to make a no-bake #cheesecake 😜🤪🤤 Whipped a storm of cream cheese, and heavy cream, melted a tub of butter to build a packed-sturdy crust, and after everything has set in the springform pan in the fridge, I decided to top a slice with #mango . It’s not perfect - filling needs to set well and should not be as gooey as it looks in the photo, but the taste - damn, i love it! Let’s see how my tummy and waistline holds up to this much cheese and fat.
